Sea of clouds are awesome, really. How could you imagine that,
when you’re at the bottom of a valley, depressing in the fog and the
cold, there is above such sight and nice weather?
There is proverb, often heard in the world of aircraft: “above the
clouds, the sky is always blue”; it is, indeed, but to find the blue
sky, you must not staying at the bottom of your valley, but to climb
above the clouds, even if it’s difficult.
There is a lot of ways to play with clouds in the mountains, so expect to see various scenes and composition.
Bookmark is a series formed of various subject, which have in common a bookmark format. The pictures in Bookmark are never cropped version of other pictures you could find here in another series, but always different photographies, even if it happens that some look similar.
Covering is a photographic project, which has begun in 2011 and is still on course. Being a pair with the Ouverture project, it shows similar characteristics, especially geometry and balanced composition, often -but not always- through a square format.

Rosa is a small series from 2011, showing the great Western rose
window of the cathedral of Strasbourg from the inside. The series aims
to focus on the lines produced by the spokes of the rose.
I’ve currently no plan to extend further this series.
Son of the Sun
There isn’t a project behind every picture. Some of them are stand-alone, being not part of a wider theme.
That doesn’t mean though there isn’t any thinking in it and if you’d
compare them thoroughly, you’ll without any doubt find some relationship
in composition, colours and style.
